Harvey D. Bichkoff, M. P. H., held pivotal roles in hospital administration at both public and private hospitals for many years before joining Marin Oncology Associates in 1995. As Chief Executive Officer at Marin Oncology Associates, he assisted in the development of California Cancer Care, a large medical group that provides medical and radiation oncology services in four San Francisco Bay Area Counties.

Mr. Bichkoff is a Past President of the Medical Group Management Association's Assembly of Hematology/Oncology Administrators. This is the nation's largest group of oncology administrators.

He has served as President of the Board of Directors of Healthcare Strategies and Perspectives (HS&P). He engineered the merger of HS&P with the Healthcare Executives of Northern California to form the largest healthcare executives network in the region. Bichkoff is a preceptor for graduate students at UC Berkeley and Loma Linda Universities.

Mr. Bichkoff is a surveyor for the Accreditation Association of Ambulatory Healthcare (AAAHC) and California Medical Association's Institute for Medical Quality (IMQ). He serves on the IMQ's Ambulatory Review Committee, which is responsible for rendering accreditation decisions for numerous medical groups in California. Mr. Bichkoff is a member of the City of Hope Managed Care Task Force on Cancer Genetics. He advises and consults with numerous pharmaceutical, biotech, and Wall Street analysis companies.

He received his Bachelor's Degree with distinction from San Jose State University and his Master's Degree in Health Policy and Administration at the School of Public Health, University of California, Berkeley. Mr. Bichkoff has attended executive training programs at Harvard and Stanford Universities.
